All of our guests check in at our Best Western Plus Flathead Lake Inn & Suites, at the bottom of the hill, before heading to the Estate or Somers House.

We are unable to offer early check-in. After every stay, each suite is cleaned and prepared thoroughly, and that work takes us right up to check-in time, so that everything is spotless when you arrive.

Each Estate suite, and Somers House, has its own private entrance with keyless entry, so you can come and go as you please.

• No deposit is required to book.
• The card on file is charged 7 to 14 days before your arrival, and you will receive an email from us before the charge is processed.
• There is no minimum stay at the Estate. Somers House has a two-night minimum.

Cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival are free. Within 14 days of arrival, the full stay is charged. With only two suites, a late cancellation is very hard for us to fill, so we’re grateful for as much notice as you can give.

If your plans change, please let us know as early as you can by phone or email. If you are unsure how the policy applies to your reservation, just ask.

The Estate is an adults-only sanctuary. The one exception: when your family reserves both suites, children over 10 are welcome, with a maximum of two guests per suite.

Traveling with younger children, or as a larger group? Somers House, our three-bedroom home nearby, welcomes guests of all ages, up to eight in all, with a two-night minimum stay.

Children are also welcome at wedding ceremonies held at the Estate.

Coyote Bluff Estate is pet-free, and so is Somers House.

Indoor smoking is not permitted. At the Estate, cigars are welcome by the fire pit and in designated outdoor areas. Somers House is non-smoking.

Breakfast is not served on site. Guests enjoy a complimentary full hot breakfast at our Best Western Plus at the bottom of the hill from 6:00 to 9:00 AM, and in-room coffee service is provided. There are also excellent local restaurants for a Montana breakfast.

Meals are not served on site. We are happy to arrange local delivery or recommend and reserve nearby restaurants. Somers House also has a fully equipped kitchen.
