# Coyote Bluff Estate > A private, adults-only luxury estate high above Flathead Lake in Somers, Montana: two suites, each with its own private entrance, deck and hot tub, in a 10,000-square-foot custom log home on 30 private acres. Glacier Park International Airport (FCA): about 35 minutes. Summer (June through September) often reserves a year in advance; a waitlist is available. - Yellowstone King Suite: 730 sq ft, 1 heated king facing the lake, 2 adults, full living room and workspace, private 384 sq ft deck with a hot tub for two. - Alyssa Rose Executive King Suite: 640 sq ft, 1 heated pillow-top king, 2 adults, electric fireplace, heated towel warmers, sitting area with private balcony, tiered private decks and a private hot tub. - Somers House (separate home, NOT at the Estate): in the town of Somers, just behind the Best Western Plus Flathead Lake Inn & Suites, about a five-minute drive from the Estate. It does not share the Estate's hilltop setting, views, hot tubs or fire pit. 3 bedrooms (2 king, 1 queen) plus a queen Murphy bed, 2.5 baths, 1,800 sq ft, sleeps up to 8, 592 sq ft deck, full kitchen, hotel indoor pool, fitness center and hot breakfast included. Children welcome; no pets; 2-night minimum; check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM; available year-round. - Estate check-in 4:00 PM and check-out 11:00 AM. All guests check in at the hosts' own Best Western Plus Flathead Lake Inn & Suites, at the bottom of the hill in Somers. Early check-in is not available. - The Estate is adults-only. The one exception: when a family reserves both suites, children over 10 are welcome, with a maximum of two guests per suite. - Pet-free. Indoor smoking is not permitted. Cigars are welcome by the fire pit and in designated outdoor areas. - Cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival are free; cancellations within 14 days of arrival are charged 100% of the stay. No deposit is required. The card on file is charged 7-14 days before arrival, with an email notice first. - No minimum stay at the Estate. Somers House has a two-night minimum. - Breakfast is not served on site. Guests enjoy a complimentary full hot breakfast at the hosts' Best Western Plus Flathead Lake Inn & Suites from 6:00 to 9:00 AM; in-suite coffee service is provided. - Meals are not served on site.
